McKinsey PSG pass next steps

Question

Hello all,

I have just given the Mckinsey PSG (imbellus game) and I think I passed. I got the ecosystem game where I created a sustainable chain and then the plant defence where I passed all rounds reaching 48 Turns on the last round.

Does this mean that I will move on to interviews? Do you know the success rate of this test?

Hi there,

It seems you had a great performance. Having said that:

The game also tests how you got to the final answer
I know cases where the test was assigned before the CV screening and they evaluated the test with the other application material

So I would say very promising but you will still have to wait for a final confirmation.

Hey there,

From what you have written, it sounds like you will make it to the next round. The success rate is not known since other factors count as well but it is believed to be around 50-60ish%.

Well done first of all!

There's two questions here to which we don't know the answer:

Did you actually pass Solve? → Quite possibly but not certain.
Does your application/CV meet the criteria? → As pointed out by Francesco, they may not have gotten around to assessing it yet. However, it's more likely that they have. In that case, you're on track. However, we can't be certain.

Bottom line - we don't know but there's every reason to be positive! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Look, ultimately this obviously sounds promising! That said, we cannot make any predictions (there are a number of factors at play).
