Hello,
many thanks for your question.
Thyssenkrupp Management Consulting means to me:
- Great team culture: Colleagues on projects quickly become friends and everyone works together to achieve the common goals
- High personal development: The challenging projects and the opportunity to take on responsibility offer various development opportunities
- Exciting projects: TKMC is characterized by diverse and exciting projects in the various business units

In addition to Samara's answer, I would like to add my personal three words (or rather terms):
- Ambitious: Everyone of us wanted to work in consulting and knows about its high requirements, but also about its opportunities
- Down to earth: thyssenkrupp is a company mainly from the “Ruhrgebiet”. People are straight-forward and warm-hearted and so are TKMC consultants or they learn to love it quite fast :)
- Friends: We spend a lot of time together on projects but also besides them in internal events and after work. That's why many colleagues become really good friends.
