They are still interviewing candidates, so it makes sense to apply.
However, make sure that your application is stellar. Get some coaching support for this in terms of developing an amazing CV and cover letter as well as securing a referral for each firm. That will put you already within the top top of the candidate pool and maximize your chances of getting past the screening.

My understanding is that there is still hiring going on. I am not sure specifically about entry level.
Remember, this is exactly what networking is for! Get out there and get talking to people. Not only can it give you intel/info but it can also get your foot in the door!
