I recently graduate with a degree in pharmaceutical formulation and Entrepreneurship.
I initially thought I wanted to enter research but I happened to get an internship as an analyst working alongside a freelance consultant and I really enjoyed the work.
Since then I graduated and have been trying to get an entry level role in consulting but I have only faced rejections so far without even an interview.
How can a recent graduate, possessing a single internship experience at a client organization collaborating with consultants, effectively secure interviews with consulting firms?
I am based out of London and went to UCL. I am an international student which may be affecting my chances due to the eventual need for sponsorship once my graduate visa expires.
Yes it would be immensely helpful, any tips you might have on positioning myself to consulting firms.
Regarding your third suggestion, What firms should I be looking at, I have applied to firms like Prescient and IQVIA, however I was almost instantly rejected from IQVIA and am yet to hear back from Prescient.
Any guidance you can provide will be immmensely helpful!
