Can you tell me more about the career progression at DHLC?

Do you have any statistics how many candidates make it up to the partner level?

Thanks a lot for your question! A very specific one to be frank :) I could tell you that DHL Consulting has currently 7 Partner plus our CEO and the total number of our Consulting Team is 100 (both numbers are for DHLC global). If you look at our career model https://dhl-consulting.com/careers/personal-development/career-path/ and you would see the expected progression through our pyramid. In addition, it is important to point out that not every one of the 100 Consultants is aiming for a Partner position. Each Consultant has a very specific and individual idea about his or her career – in any case our Partners (=Personal Developers of the Consultants) are there to support their mentees on their career journey. Whichever path that is.
