Building on my extensive experience, I now focus on guiding individuals and organizations through strategic challenges and career transitions. Prior to this, I served as Chief Digital Officer of a global premium consumer brand, where I led a global team responsible for all aspects of digital, from e-commerce and digital marketing to product and customer care.
Before that, I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I led the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice, advising multi-billion dollar brands on crafting digital growth strategies and building successful digital businesses. Previously, I served as Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Google, where I drove sales effectiveness and product commercialization for the triple-digit growth Google Ads business.
My dedication to people development is a core part of my professional ethos. I actively invest time in teaching, coaching, and building high-performing teams, having served as a guest lecturer at institutions such as Harvard, Sciences Po, and HEC Paris, and as faculty at McKinsey and Google.
Crucially for your journey, I bring extensive hands-on experience from the other side of the table: I was an official interviewer at McKinsey for over 5 years, conducting more than 1000 interviews. This unparalleled insight into what firms truly look for is complemented by my passion for talent development, having personally coached over 200 candidates to success in their consulting aspirations. My entrepreneurial spirit also led me to co-found a successful coaching business, further solidifying my commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential.
