I am currently building an early-stage startup that recently secured $500k in a pre-seed round, and doing case coaching as a side job.
I bring a wealth of experience as a former Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and as the founder of Uno, an impact-focused boutique firm supporting impact investing funds and startups. My career spans corporations, the public sector, nonprofits, and startups, providing me with a diverse and well-rounded perspective.
Previously, I served as Admissions Director for Latin America at IESE Business School, specialising in candidates pursuing consulting careers. Between 2019 and 2022, I coached McKinsey candidates as a freelance consultant, drawing on my experience leading recruitment efforts for McKinsey's Rio office. During this time, I successfully prepared over 20 candidates and conducted interviews with more than 200 applicants for the IESE MBA programme.
