My approach is guide you prepare you for the various skills assessed during a typical consulting interview:

1. Structuring problems:  I will help you to develop the right thinking process instead of using common frameworks; structured thinking is one of the key assets of consultant, you will not need it regularly on the job and it is essential to become successful
2. Conceptual thinking: during the interview you will be asked to solve unfamiliar problems, often based on limited data that will require to use assumptions; I will help you to prepare how to form hypothesis, develop assumptions and connect the "dots"
3. Quantitative skills: during each interview, you will be asked to solve a quantitative problem of varying difficulty; although some of these can be quite straightforward it is an important part of the interview - if you demonstrate a good "feel" for the numbers it can easily be perceived as a spike
4. Top-down storytelling: another key aspect of consulting is to share your thoughts on a concise way; I will help you to prepare to develop the skill both for the case and the fit interview

I offer three types of sessions:

• Case interview preparation: we will solve a single case (typically longer than during a regular interview, so I can assess some dimension multiple times)
• Fit interview preparation: I will help you to assess your personal experience stories and to develop a compelling story
• Mock interview (90 minute session): we will simulate a classical interview (both case and fit) followed by a detailed feedback discussion

After each session I will share with you a detailed feedback form with development recommendations and tailored "homework".
