I spent over 8 years in consulting with McKinsey & Co, where I advised clients mainly in Banking and Insurance sectors on strategy, operations, digital business building, large-scale transformations and M&A (both due diligence and post-merger integration) in more than 10 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
During my tenure in consulting I was involved in various aspects of people development:
- I conducted 70+ interviews for various roles
- I was faculty member on multiple recruitment events (problem solving workshops, case competition)
- I was faculty member on multiple occasions for the key introductory trainings for new joiners consultants
