I have been coaching friends and friends of friends for +5 years and have a case book with +100 case studies from MBB and Tier 2/3 firms that have actually been asked in the past years.
My approach is based on acing the basics of case studies i.e. structure, math and storytelling.
▪ Launched a B2B digital marketplace for dry bulk commodity trading. Co-led the on-the-ground teams of 7 FTEs to reinforce operations across 6 ports in Africa to guarantee smooth trading operations
▪ Performed strategic analysis of a €30mln SaaS product suite of a European tech unicorn. Led the repackaging and repricing of the product offering post-analysis and supported in the sales team re-organization
▪ Deployed a GenAI conversational cloud product. Focused on GTM and marketing strategies to support growth and implementation within the client’s overall offering
