I implement a customized approach for coaching, depending on the objectives of candidates (e.g., target consulting firm, target sector) and the stage they have reached during their interview process (e..g., pre-application, first round, second round). Based on this and on my experience in the consulting industry, I adapt coaching sessions to the optimal blend of fit questions, case study type and difficulty level. I train candidates on case cracking skills including approach to structuring and verbal communication.
