I have been closely involved in recruiting candidates at Bain and Company. As such, i understand what the leading consulting companies are looking for. Moreover, over the past 5 years, i have been coaching more than 100 applicants, and ensuring more than 80% conversion rate for final offers.
The reason my approach works is that i have broken down every case into 4 key parts - opening, structuring, analysis and final recommendation. I have designed my own curriculum over the years, with 50+ proprietary cases that i have created, selected cases from all global case books, and most importantly, a structured way of approaching a case. I will share with you assignments separately for these 4 parts of the case as custom-design homework, depending on whichever areas for you need strenghtening. I then work closely with you in going deep in your improvement areas.
