Before becoming a Coach I was a Partner at BCG, where I spent 12+ years, primarily based between Milan and Madrid, during which I personally conducted 200+ case and fit interviews for candidates at all levels, from new joiners to experienced hires. I also coached 20+ consultants across multiple stages of their careers, helping them turn around performance, secure their next promotion, or gain admission to their target MBA programs. Before joining BCG, I worked for 2 years at Oliver Wyman, in France. Additionally, I served as an MBA interviewer at London Business School.
