Having the opportunity to support someone in some way (whether mathematics, physics or Italian grammar) is something that has always inspired me. But talking to some people close to me who relied on external “supporters”, I perceived that something was going wrong, that their “supporters” were missing something. Hence, I decided that when I started, I would do it my way: with a smile, being empathic and trying to create a good relationship with the other person.
