Hi, I'm Cristian!
I’m a coach with extensive experience in the consulting space.
I graduated from the University of Oxford and spent over 4 years at McKinsey, working across 8 countries and 9 industries, on engagements as diverse as gold mining in Papua New Guinea to pricing chemicals in Germany.
During this time, I developed my consulting and coaching toolkit, being ranked in the top quartile of firm consultants for 5 consecutive evaluations. I also had the opportunity to act as faculty at McKinsey new joiner trainings and coach junior colleagues.
Afterwards, I started pathtoconsulting and coached 400 clients across 50 geographies in >1400 sessions, across generalist and specialist tracks at varying levels of seniority.
Effectively, my coaching approach has three dimensions:
- Holistic approach - I focus not only on improving case mechanics, but also provide feedback on your delivery, presence, and give you suggestions on priming yourself for the interview. I will be your supporter throughout the process, encouraging you and challenging you as needed.
- Strength-focused - I provide feedback not only on the gap that you need to close, but on where you already exhibit strengths, and provide guidance on how to turn those into spikes and stand out.
- Diagnostic-run - I aspire to close each case session with a clear indication of what you need to improve and how (including a scorecard), emphasing the 1-2 focus points that will make the biggest difference and the drills you should practice.
