Just wanted to make people aware of a mistake in the graphical depiction of the solution/decision-making strategies as depicted in the graphic (as this confused me initially):
The Complex and complicated strategies are switched around, as the strategies are:
Complicated: sense - analyse - responed
Complex: probe - sense - respond
