Appearing for McK round 1 Phone case interview in 3 days. Did the case coaching (offered my McK) with a consultant and got good feedback. Any last minute tips or advice ?

If you prepared well and received good feedback you should be ready for this so just be confident and be yourself :)
No need to overthink. For a well-prepared candidate, I do not believe any last-minute preparation gives a lot of extra return but if you would like to work on something to calm you down you can try to focus on the feedback you received during that last mock interview (you mentioned the feedback was good but if there weren't any areas for improvement than the interviewer didn't do a good job!)

Just relax. Continue to work on areas you feel you can do better. Focus on giving your best and dont worry about the outcome.

1. Trust in all the practice/ work you have put in. Have confidence in what you have already done
2. Refresh your mind of all the key principles you have been learning (e.g., top down pyramid thinking, hypothesis formulation (if appropriate), clear case synthesis)
3. Be mentally prepared for any difficult/ unfortunate situations (e.g., impatient interviewer). I don't mean you should worry about it, but don't be “put off” if you happen to get in that situation

Hard to provide tailored advice without knowing you individually, but the general rule is: You've done your prep, last minute cramming won't do much. Refine a lingering weakness or two, but mostly don't wear yourself out and make sure you're fully refreshed/recharged for game day!

Most important tip for case interviews of any kind - relax and have patience. Let it unfold and be mentally prepared for any surprises so that you can adapt on the fly.

Take the coach's feedback on board and work on what they said you should work on. Otherwise, try to relax to make sure you are in a good headspace on the day.
