How should I strategize my transition from working at Amazon as a Business Development Consultant (it's an entry level role) to breaking into MBB or a Tier 2 consulting firm within the next year or two in Riyadh as a Saudi national who graduated from a non-target university in 2022?
I checked LinkedIn and saw that quite a few people currently working at MBB's Riyadh offices are ex-Amazon interns/employees.
My goal is working in strategy and broader subjects and fields and have great exit opportunities and of course the high salary.
