Hi All,
I had recently attended the Imbellus assessment, it's been 2 weeks now and hadn't received the results yet.
Should I wait for a few more days?
Suggestions please on what to do next.
Thanks.

Hey there,
It can take up to 1 month, sometimes even longer.
I agree, usually, results are communicated within 2 weeks, however, taking a bit longer is neither positive nor negative. I would wait another week, then contact HR.
Best of luck!
Cheers,
Florian
Hi there,

It usually takes a few weeks to hear back. If you haven’t heard back in 2 weeks, it is fine to follow up with HR if you want.
In any case, I don’t think there is a clear correlation between time and outcome for the Imbellus, unless you know that your cohort that applied at the same time is interviewing. I helped a candidate once who got a response after 2 months and he passed.
Good luck!
Francesco
Hello,
I wouldn't worry too much, 2 weeks is within the norm (unless the office you applied to has told you to expect a faster turnaround). However, feel free to politely reach out to HR to ask for an update on the process, if you want to.
As of now, consulting firms are having response times that are longer than usual. And the usual already goes up to 4 weeks. So taking longer than 2 weeks is what is expected at this point.
Hi there,
In reality, nothing you do will change the outcome here (sorry). You just need to wait. (And it's not time to panic)
If you really want, you can reach out to HR in a week or so, but just be prepared if they don't answer.
If you want real actions, then keep networking, keep applying to other firms, and keep up your case prep (you want to be already good at casing by the time they reach out to you!)
Hello!
Two weeks is a long time already, something is off there. Kindly follow up with HR.
Cheers,
Clara
Hi there,
2 weeks is quite normal. Give it another week and then reach out. There's no issue if you ask the recruiter - i.e., they won't think badly of you.
Best,
Cristian
