I was a PL at BCG working with INVERTO on several engagements where I was managing INVERTO Consultants and PL as part of a broader BCG project.
To answer your question:
1. Would focus on getting a sense of the opportunity and whether this makes sense for you - so questions a long the line of
- What role are they trying to fill?
- Where would that role be in BCG (Inverto or BCG Ops)?
- What is the development path of that role?
2. Inverto is a fully owned BCG subsidiary - in practice the work might be in one of the following settings
- Fully stand alone Inverto case
- Cross-staffed BCG x Inverto project as part of larger transformations usually with BCG generalist as main project lead
- Expert capacity at inflection points (pitches, kick-off, etc.)

Well, why have they reached out? Do you think they want to recruit you?
If yes, I don't think it's about you asking lots of questions, but more about listening to what they have to say, and then based on that ask questions.
If they have a specific role in mind, I would try to understand more about it, what it would involve and how it differs from yours, as well as what is the recruitment process for it and why did they specifically reach out to you.
You don't have to ask everything during the call or take any decision during the call. You can sleep on it and then follow-up with them in a few days.
