What are some examples of the differences between non-strategy management, HR and strategy consulting cases?

Examples of cases would be appreciated! I understand the differences in principle but would group most of the cases I've come across into more than one category.

I think that strategy consulting is broader than the HR consulting. Let me give you an example where strategy consultants work on HR project. Let's say there's a M&A cases and you have to unite the workers for both organizations. In this case the strategy consultants will take a role who's doing what in the company. On the other hand, HR consulting is for hiring people into well-known organizations. Hope that helps!
