Yes, you are making a great point in pinpointing a confusing word on task 2 hints.
Having "units" instead of "doses" would be most aligned with the calculation shown on the case, given that liquid and tablets/powders representing different amount of doses.
However, even when we still use liquid "doses", it represents the same 10m doses provided in liquid forms. It does not mean that the total dose provided is only 5m, since we have established previously that 1 unit of liquid is equivalent of 2 doses, hence "liquid-worth" of dose is always double the amount stated.
I digress in any case that having "units" there would make it a clearer point for everyone.
