Appreciate this forum is primarily for consulting but was wondering if anyone has here has interviewed with a bank before (JP Morgan) and made it to the final round (Bar raiser interview also called leadership interview). If so, would you be abe to share your experience/2 cents on it ?

I haven't personally, but one of my candidates did just receive an offer at JP Morgan (they were applying to both banking and consulting).
