I’m considering reopening the conversation with two T2 firms I interviewed with earlier this year. In both cases I made it to the final round but didn’t receive an offer.
How would you suggest approaching this?
- Should I reach out to the recruiter who followed my process, or directly to one of the managers I interviewed with (I was thinking of the person I had the best rapport with)?
- What should the message actually say? How can I go beyond a generic “I’d like to resume the selection process” and give them a real reason to reopen the conversation?
