Hi everyone! I just found out I made it to the final round for a Capabilities & Insights Analyst role for one of the largest sector practices. I’m waiting to hear back from the recruiter on a few logistics, but I’d love advice.
Is the TEI mostly a deep dive into a recent project and how I approached it, or do interviewers also probe industry knowledge? How technical does it get? What's expected for a C&I analyst to know?
I’ll be interviewing with a Senior Manager of Client Capabilities for the practice and an Associate Partner. Is there anything I should be cautious about, or common mistakes to avoid?
Does anyone know roughly how many people are typically hired for this role, or how competitive the final round is compared to earlier stages? Definitely focused on just doing my best, but I am curious.
Any tips on preparing, including what you wish you’d done differently, would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
