I've recently applied for the SAP Strategy Consultant – Tech & AI role at McKinsey and have been invited to the first round of interviews.

I'm wondering what types of cases I should specifically prepare for. Does anyone have any insights or firsthand experience with the interview process for this particular role?

Hi, for this role, it would be worth preparing for:

General business cases, not necessarily SAP-specific, plus questions about your transformation experience, so be ready to talk through what you actually did.
The SAP side, of course: investment cases, rollout priorities, and AI-driven improvements are definitely worth reviewing.
And, of course, your motivation: why you want to join McKinsey and this area specifically.
