Hi, I'm Casper.
I'm a former Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, and I've spent years on both sides of the consulting interview — as a recruiter deciding who advances, and as a coach helping candidates become the person who does.
So far I've guided 600+ coachees through 3,500+ sessions, and more than 500 of them landed offers at top firms. I've worked with undergraduates who had never opened a business case, career switchers, and senior hires with 15+ years of experience behind them. That range isn't incidental to how I coach — it's central to it. Every candidate brings a different background and a different way of thinking, and I adapt to yours rather than fitting you into a script I've used before.
What I'm known for is a combination that sounds contradictory until you experience it: cases pitched slightly harder than the real thing, and feedback that's honest even when it isn't comfortable. Sweat in training, so you can enjoy the breeze in the interview. I would rather tell you something difficult three weeks out than let you discover it in the room.
That said, I'm not blunt for its own sake. Candidates consistently describe my sessions as demanding but encouraging — I'll push you hard and I'll also tell you plainly what you're already doing well, because knowing your strengths is how you turn them into something that makes you memorable.
I coach in English and Polish, and I'm genuinely flexible about timing. I've run sessions at 3am my time because that was the only window available before a candidate's interview. If you're in a crunch, say so — that's exactly when coaching tends to matter most.
Alongside case mechanics, I help with behavioural and fit interviews, CV and cover letter strategy, and the mental math and structuring drills that quietly decide more interviews than candidates expect.
One thing I won't do is promise you an offer. Nobody can honestly promise that. What I can promise is a clear-eyed assessment of where you stand, an honest account of what's costing you points, and a concrete plan for closing the gap.
If that's the kind of preparation you're looking for, send me a short message with your target firm and timeline, or book a free intro call. We'll talk through where you are, what's realistic, and whether I'm the right coach for you. You can also read what past coachees have said in the success stories section of my profile.
