My approach consists in using very realistic cases and providing you with detailed feedback across the dimensions I assess on real interviews. I'm a firm believer that this should be an enjoyable process so I put a lot of effort on making these sessions natural, very pedagogic and beyond the typical 101 Framework rehearsal mocks. At the end of the day, this should also be an opportunity for you to understand if you will like the job.
