About me: I have 3 years of McKinsey consulting experience. During my time at McKinsey, I worked intensively in recruiting and have a deep knowledge of the process. I have lead and presented at numerous workshops for potential candidates, coached >30 candidates and have been lucky enough to see many coachees become colleagues. Prior to consulting, I studied medicine at Oxford University and in consulting my experience spans private equity, public & social sector, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and advanced analytics
General philosophy: Preparing for case interviews is absolutely about practice. There are a series of very teachable skills that need to be learnt and then refined. This spans the approach to the case, math skills, top-down communication, personal experience elements and admissions tests. I can help you learn those skills so you get the offer you deserve. I remember the journey I took to go from case newbie to master and I can take you there too
Approach: My coaching is personalised to your specific needs and stage in the preparation process. We will work to identify your strengths and weaknesses through rigorous practice, honest feedback and customised advice, demonstrations and examples. We can touch any areas of preparation you wish and go deeply or broadly as best suits you.
