Hi,

Looking at Glassdoor, for the Business Analyst position, I see a range from SAR 279K to SAR 439K per year (including base salary and additional pay).

Regarding your level of experience, it really depends on the office policies and your entry title.

In Italy, with almost 2 years of experience, I was able to join as a Business Analyst or Junior Associate. The latter would have given me a higher salary but no possibility of MBA sponsorship; therefore, I chose the Business Analyst position.

If you are not currently in Saudi, you may have some re-location package available too.

I just coached a mentee to an Associate offer from McKinsey Riyadh. Base compensation is 600k SAR (420k SAR of this is base salary, and 180k SAR housing allowance). So one level below, Business Analyst, probably has a total package around the value of the Associate base salary (~420k SAR).
