Thanks for your question! We recommend placing direct meeting invitations on the Meeting Board. This way, other members can see your availability and book sessions with you directly. Also, make sure to use the comment function to share your preferences for the meeting (e.g., PEI focus, case type, desired level/firm).
Additionally, you can use the Candidates Overview to filter for users who have McKinsey listed as their target firm. You can then reach out to these members directly to find a suitable prep partner.
