Hey, I'm Alessa from Germany!

After receiving full-time offers from McKinsey & Company, BCG, and Roland Berger, I chose to start my career at McKinsey. I spent 2.5 years there, starting as a Fellow Intern and moving through the roles of Fellow, Fellow Associate, and Senior Fellow Associate. Before transitioning into project management, I decided to leave the firm to explore new paths.

During my time at McKinsey, I also gained first-hand experience in recruiting, which gave me valuable insight into what top firms really look for. I'm excited to share all of that with you in a coaching session and support you on your journey!

In my coaching, I fully focus on YOUR questions and needs. Each session is individually tailored to your skills and goals – I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. The aim is always that you leave our session feeling confident and ready for your interviews.
