Got referred at Mckinsey, Dubai for the role of a BA and I now have received the solve game link. Q1) Does this mean my CV screening has been done and I passed that stage and so I got the game link? Or does everyone get the solve game link? Q2) Will a solid score on the Solve game alone, guarantee me an interview? Thank you!

- Yes, receiving the Solve game link typically means you've passed the initial CV screening. Not everyone gets it—it's usually sent to candidates who have made it through the first cut.
- A solid score on the Solve game won’t guarantee an interview by itself, but it’s an important factor. McKinsey considers both your performance in the game and your overall profile (CV, experience, etc.) when deciding who gets interviews.

1. Yes, it means you passed the initial screening (some people don't).
2. In general, yes. Although please understand that your CV will be taken in combination with your Solve score.
