I have been trying to look for BCG Japan Internship Online Assessment in English but so far no information is available. Has anyone here taken the online assessment or had any insight on it?

Hey - I spent 3 years at McKinsey in Japan. I don't know for certain, but I'm pretty sure that this BCG assessment will be in Japanese. You should check with the recruiter.
BCG is extremely domestic in Japan - almost all of their clients are local companies with projects run exclusively in Japanese, so there's no reason why they would test in English.
McKinsey, by comparison, probably does 20-30% of projects in English, since we were hired for more international projects - and BAs need to achieve a certain score on an English test if they want to advance in the Firm.
If you want to work in Japan but using English, McKinsey is probably a better fit. I was often pitching against BCG, so I can share some more insights about the differences with you, if you want.

I have not taken the BCG assessment, however, my general experience has been that in some large markets (e.g., China, Japan, Korea), professional proficiency in the local language is a key requirement, so interviews and assessments are likely to not be in English.
That said, your best shot is to connect with the recruiter to get a more accurate answer.

Typically, in most markets, the case is done in English, but the fit component is done in the local language.
You are likely to expect the same in Japan during the process.
