I e\wante dyo ask about the following things before applying to BCG Dubai. I have also spoken to few Consultants in the region but wanted to know specifically about the Dubai office
1. Culture
2. Working hours (I know it is between 60-70 hours , but wanted to check if they have a good work-life balance)

I actually worked in the BCG Dubai office for a while, so can share first-hand. The culture is very international and collaborative, people are generally supportive and the office has a strong expat mix. In terms of hours, 60–70 is realistic, and while the pace is intense, the office does put effort into work-life balance with flexibility when possible. That said, it’s still consulting, so long hours are part of the deal.

On culture, BCG Dubai is known for being very international and diverse, with consultants coming from across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. The office works on a broad mix of projects, many of them regional (GCC, North Africa), so you’ll often get exposure beyond just Dubai. The culture is quite collaborative, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and knowledge sharing, but also fast-paced given the type of clients served in the region (so you should expect a high-performance environment).
On working hours, yes, 60–70 hours is realistic. The pace can be intense, especially during client travel weeks. That said, BCG has put in place some guardrails (protected time initiatives, team norms, flexibility policies) to help manage work-life balance. Ultimately, it depends on your staffing and case leadership – some projects will be more manageable, while others will be heavier. Consultants in Dubai generally say the lifestyle is demanding but sustainable if you’re disciplined about boundaries.

Hi there,
Just adding to what Alessa mentioned, you should also expect a fair level of travel from the Dubai office. Many projects sold from the Dubai office cover neighbouring countries, so regular travel to places such as KSA, Qatar... should be expected.
