It's always best to reach out directly to the recruiter in the location you applied to. Timelines differ by firm, geography, office, etc. and it's impossible to keep track of them. The most reliable answer you can get from those who actually set these timelines.

You haven't even said the country…which makes me think you're probably American :)
Most of my candidates have heard back by now.
In regards to other firms, don't structure it depending on 1 company. Network + apply to as many other firms as you can, and prepare as optimally + rapidly as you can. It's honestly as simple as that!
