Hi,

I am currently working for one of the FAANG, as a content analyst. After UG, I started off as a Content Writer and after a year, landed up at a FAANG. I have tried applying to Mckinsey as a BA but I never got a call-back for the role back in 2017 (senior year). I have worked for the last 2 years, and I plan on applying this year around the December mark. What can I do to increase my chances for passing the resume screening and getting a call for an entry-level analyst (I am not sure about the kinds of roles except a BA)?
Total Exp: 2.2 years
GPA: Top 10 of the batch, non-target from the Mckinsey list, target for BCG and Bain
UG: Electrical Engineering
Location: India

Any information would be helpful.

Final Round Accenture Interview (Dublin) Tips

Accenture Accenture Strategy analyst Final Round
Most recent answer on Oct 31, 2020

I have a final round interview Thursday of next week for a graduate analyst position at Accenture in Dublin, Ireland. It will consist of a 45 minute interview with a senior manager.

Any tips on content or prep? I'm not sure if these interviews are standardised across countries/regions.

No case study involved, wondering how formal the interview will be in terms of competency questions etc.

I'd also like to mention my preference for Accenture strategy, those wishing to get there in Ireland are made apply through the general consulting stream as the country's practices are quite consolidated due to a smaller market.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, In general, the interviews at Accenture are not that structured: Pls double check - I believe you might still have a case No clear guidelines for cases, so the case depends on the interviewer 60% chance t ... (read entire answer)

    McKinsey Business Analyst Internship Milan

analyst business Case internship Interview McKinsey Milan PST shl
Most recent answer on Aug 02, 2019

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding McKinsey recruting process for the 3-months business analyst internship they offer to Master students during the second academic year, with reference to the Milan office.

I would like to know if the selection process is the same for normal candidates, that is numerical/verbal/problem solving/case interviews/fit interviews. I heard that in Italy McKinsey has started to introduce the SHL test as a screening tool, but it is not clear whether the SHL has replaced or has been added along with the PST.

Does anyone have information in this regard?

Thanks.

Hi Mirko, the selection process for Master students in Milan is indeed based on SHL + interviews, the latter covering both behavioral and case interviews. The SHL has replaced the PST in Italy some years ago, thus you ... (read entire answer)
