Hi everyone,
I’m currently in the final round of an application process for a Consultant Strategy & Operations role at KPMG. I have my last interview coming up with a Partner and a Managing Consultant.
According to the recruiter, this round is meant to “get to know me personally” and understand my motivation for the role. I’m wondering what I should realistically expect from this conversation. Is this usually more of a formality at this stage?
If anyone has gone through a similar final-round interview at KPMG (or other Big Four firms), I’d really appreciate hearing your experience, especially regarding the tone of the conversation, the types of questions they ask, and how much weight this round carries in the final decision.
Thanks in advance!
