I would be happy to share my thoughts on your situation:

• First of all, waiting for a week might feel long, but it's (currently) within the normal time frame for such pre-interview assessments of 1-2 weeks.
• Moreover, I would advise you to use this time to continue preparing for the next stages of the application process, i.e. the case study and the behavioral interviews.
• Lastly, stay proactive. Follow up with the recruiter if you haven't heard back in another week.

One week isn't actually an unusual waiting time. I would recommend waiting for at least one more week. f you still haven't heard back, it is fine to reach out to HR for an update.
