Hi,

I am looking for any information from this consulting community about Delta partners in Dubai. I know their industry focus is TMT, I am looking for the below information:

1)Is Delta Partners a good brand? Do they have quality engagements? What would be a comparable firm - Big 4 or OW,RB or others?

2)Any information around how much they pay?

3)Any idea about what their interview processes?

Thanks a lot!

I've interacted with Delta people in the middle-east while working here. Here is what I can say:

  • It is a good brand definitely. They have good people and their engagements are at par with tier-2 consults. They have been able to carve out a niche for themselves. Their direct comparables are ADL and OW. RB is a bit more generalised and less sector-specialised compared to Delta/OW/ADL
  • Payscale in Middle-Eastis quite standardised. While I don't know the exact amount delta pays, I suspect that for a senior consultant it should be between 400-500k AED. Best to check with other sources.
  • I am not aware of the exact interview process. Best would be to check with HR and recruiter.

I personally know several people who worked for Delta Partners in Dubai (and some still do).

It is a good brand with high quality people. The people I knew there were “MBB quality” level. It is still a boutique, but I would expect it to be aligned with Tier 2 in terms of quality of people/projects.

Don't have current numbers for salary, but at the time their pay was competitive. The people I know remained there for many years, and they could have easily moved to other firms if they wanted (they had other strong brand names in their resume and good industry experience).

I would expect interview process to be the usual for strategy consulting. Case + FIT interview. Probably with a stronger focus on TMT cases.

Feel free to reach out if you want help with preparation, as I am able to prepare a customized session for this company specifically.
