What are the next steps after BCG pymetrics test and how long after the pymetrics test should i expected an answer?
Bcg hiring process

Hi there,
Congrats on doing the test!
Basically, depending on the office, now they usually assess your test results together with your application (CV, cover letter, referral) and then they decide whether to invite you to the first round.
On average, this takes anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. There's nothing that you can do for now aside from continuing to practice and continuing to apply.
On the latter, here's a guide that explains how to build an application strategy and diversify your risk:

Hi there,
First of all, congratulations on the progress in the application process with BCG thus far!
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:
- First of all, after you successfully complete the BCG Pymetrics test, the next step generally involves a first round of interviews, which usually comprise two interviews with consultants or project leaders. Each interview includes both a case study and personal fit part.
- Moreover, it typically takes about 1-2 weeks until you receive feedback, depending on the number of applicants and the availability of the recruiting team.
- Lastly, while waiting for the feedback, I would advise you to continue preparing for the case interviews and improving your problem-solving skills.
You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen

The timeframe can be few days to 2-3 weeks.
However, keep in mind that you will definitely come to know about success or failure to clear - regardless.
No news is just no news.

You know if you get an interview or not.
Usually takes 2-3 weeks to get an answer. But sometimes can go over a month.

Hi there,
Normally within the next few weeks you should hear back. If you have passed, you will have to pass 2 rounds of interview. Both contain fit and case. Here's some more reading to help (start your prep today).

You'll have to do the one-way interview as well that they'll send to you. Then you wait for an interview (or not)

The next step is hearing back about whether you're invited to an interview or not. Candidates typically hear back within 2-3 weeks.
