Bcg application status

There were two first round interviews planned for the bcg internship and one was postponed to another date before the interviews. Then I had my first interview in the evening and early the next morning I was informed that the other interview was cancelled due to an important client meeting and that we would be in touch after the feedback of the interview I had received. There was a public holiday in between and when I checked the website this afternoon, the application status showed interviews in progress but the application status said application not selected after evening working hours. Why weren't two interviews held or why didn't HR call today (the last incident happened on Friday)

Hello there,

It may be a system problem, as two interviews per round are required to evaluate each candidate.

I advise you to reach out to HR immediately to let them know and fix the issue.

Hello, first of all thank you for your answer. After the human resources said that they had to cancel the second meeting due to an important customer meeting, they did not set a new date. Will there not be a second meeting or does it have to be in any form? Or could they have eliminated it from a single meeting because they wrote in the same message that they would be in touch again after your first round feedback reaches us?

If you had failed, you would knew, they wouldn’t let you wondering. They literally told you that soon you’ll hear a new date for the second interview, so follow up on them and kindly mention the system status. You should be fine!
