I am a former McKinsey consultant with a passion for coaching. Since the beginning of my career I have coached and mentored candidates that wanted to join the Firm, as helping others achieve what I have achieved and seeing them succeed really energized me.
After McKinsey, I continued to contribute to recruiting initiatives at Nubank, the largest Fintech of LatAM where I worked as a Product Operations Manager.
I have given more than 200+ mock sessions and helped candidates with limited experience and unconventional backgrounds to join highly selective processes (for those that hired my CV service) or getting a job offer (for those that choose case and fit interview) in companies like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Revolut, among others.
I believe anyone can become a consultant, if this person put the necessary effort into it. Before succeeding in my own consulting interviews, I had to improve my structuring, math AND communication skills - yes, I was all over the place. After putting in the hard work, these areas became strengths that continue to serve me in real life.
