After McKinsey, I continued to contribute to recruiting initiatives at Nubank, the largest Fintech of LatAM where I worked as a Product Operations Manager.
I have given more than 200+ mock sessions and helped candidates with limited experience and unconventional backgrounds to join highly selective processes (for those that hired my CV service) or getting a job offer (for those that choose case and fit interview) in companies like McKinsey, Revolut, BCG, Bain, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, among others.

Before succeeding in my own consulting interviews, I had to improve my structuring, math AND communication skills - yes, I was all over the place.
