I have a case inteview at Lumics Consulting ( Lumics - A joint venture between McKinsey & Company and Lufthansa Technik) in two weeks and have been informed that they use McKinsey's interview approach for their recruiting. Has anyone participated on the recruiting process at Lumics? Any insights on case interviews would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! The interview process and assessment criteria for Lumics are 100% identical with McKinsey. You will be part of the normal interview day, together with other applicants (most of them applying for McKinsey Generalist positions).
