Hi, I'm Dan, an Associate Director with 10+ years across Roland Berger and EY-Parthenon, leading strategy and value creation engagements for PE and corporate clients across the UK and Europe.
Why Me
I was part of the recruiting team at Roland Berger and EY-Parthenon, where I evaluated candidates at all levels up to Engagement Manager. This means I know not just what interviewers look for, but how the process is structured internally — the scoring, the debrief, and what actually tips a borderline candidate into an offer.
