Hi, I’m Leo - an MBB consultant and ESSEC graduate helping candidates turn good preparation into offer-level performance.
I currently work as a strategy consultant with a focus on Private Equity, after starting my consulting career in Paris and later moving to Mexico City. Over the past few years, I have conducted 50+ mock interviews with candidates preparing for MBB and Tier 1/2 strategy consulting roles, including students, full-time applicants and experienced hires.
Before joining consulting, I was President of the ESSEC Consulting Club for two years, which gave me a strong understanding of what top firms expect from candidates - not just in cases, but also in fit, motivation and application strategy.
My coaching style is honest, structured and pragmatic. I will help you understand exactly where you stand, what is holding you back, and what to improve before your next interview.
