I'm Seabe, and I coach case and fit interviews from inside the profession. I spent 11+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, rising to Director at Strategy& and Senior Manager at Accenture in London, and I now run an AI strategy advisory practice across Southern Africa and the Middle East.
That matters for one reason. When I coach you on a case, I am teaching the method I use on live client work now, not a framework I memorised as a candidate years ago. You learn to reason from first principles, build a structure that fits the actual problem, test a hypothesis, read an exhibit for what matters, and recommend with the clarity a partner expects.
I work with candidates at every stage, from students to experienced and senior hires. I am especially useful if you are targeting MBB or a leading strategy practice from Africa, the Middle East, or Europe, where I have spent my career.
