To break into strategy consulting, you need to excel in two equally important areas: fit interviews and case studies. Both require clarity, structure, and the ability to think under pressure. My coaching is designed to strengthen these skills in the most efficient and targeted way.
Some candidates come to me for a single session to benchmark their level; others work with me across twenty sessions to build their capabilities from the ground up. Whatever your starting point, we define your objective together and build a path to reach it.
Before each session, I align with you on the type of case you want to practice:
- Generalist vs. Life Sciences, depending on your target firms
- Market sizing or more complex cases
- Complex cases tailored to profitability, creativity, or specific strategic challenges
I also draw from a large library of real cases from top consulting firms — BCG, McKinsey, Bain, L.E.K., SKP, Roland Berger — as well as specialized life‑science boutiques such as Cepton or AEC Partners. Many of these cases come from my own experience as an interviewer or from my mentees’ interview processes.
During the session, I simulate the behavior of a real interviewer. I stop you when needed to ask for a clearer structure, a sharper rephrasing, or a more rigorous analysis. Learning happens on the spot, and I make sure you understand not only what to improve, but how to do it.
After each session, you receive a structured PDF including:
- To keep doing
- Improvement axes
- All questions asked during the case
- The full case solution
- Additional similar cases if relevant
My goal is simple: to help you progress faster than you would on your own, with a coaching style that is structured, practical, and engaging.
I will be always transparent on your level, salaries to expect, cases you might find, and any further information I will share.
