Hi there—nice to e-meet you! I’m Anndy.

As a former BCG (and Kearney) consultant  who went through the intense MBB recruiting journey during my MBA at HBS, I’ll say this honestly: I genuinely enjoy casing.

I know that’s not how most people feel—but that mindset shift is often what makes the difference. I never found cases stressful or painful, even during mock interviews or real interviews. Instead, I learned how to approach them in a structured, engaging, and even enjoyable way—and that’s exactly what I aim to help you achieve.

If you find casing consistently frustrating or draining, it’s worth reflecting on whether consulting is the right path for you. But if you’re motivated, curious, and serious about breaking into consulting, then we’ll work very well together.

In our sessions, we’ll go beyond just “getting through” cases. We’ll break down your approach—frameworks, math, structure, storytelling, and communication style—and refine each piece with clear, actionable feedback. I’ll also share real insights from my own experience to help you understand what interviewers are truly looking for.

My goal is to help you not only perform well, but actually feel confident and in control during your interviews.

I’m also happy to support you beyond casing—whether it’s behavioral interviews, crafting your personal story, or even networking strategies to land interview opportunities.

If that sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s talk!

First 30-min intro session is on me. :)

Here is how we do this (like a consultant!):

1. Self-assessment & goal setting
We would use the 30-min intro call to understand better about your current skill level, identify strengths and weaknesses. We will talk through your target firms and any timeline you may know. It is also important for me to know about your avaliability and how much time you maybe able to dedicate for the preprartion work.

2. Baseline refinement & Plan development
We will use a mock interview to develop your baseline skill levels and see if it matches with you self-assessment, and potentially make adjustments to your goals. Based on this, we will develop a personalized plan for you to becoming a perfect candidate.

3. Case practice with real interview standards
We run realistic case simulations that mirror actual consulting interviews, focusing on clarity, speed, and communication.

4. Deep-dive feedback & targeted improvement
After each case, we break down your performance in detail—covering structure, math, insights, and delivery—with clear guidance on how to improve.

5. Personal fit & storytelling support
I help you craft compelling personal stories and prepare for behavioral interviews, ensuring consistency with your overall narrative.

6. Continuous progress & efficiency
Each session ends with specific next steps and practice recommendations so you can improve efficiently between sessions.

Throughout the process, my goal is to make your preparation not just effective, but also more engaging and sustainable—so you can perform with confidence when it matters most.”
